Booking Policy

  1. General Information

By completing a reservation on our website, you enter a direct agreement with Denis Hotel.
All bookings are subject to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before confirming your stay.

  1. Booking Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed once:

  • You complete the online booking form, and
  • Full payment is successfully processed through our secure checkout system.
  • After payment, you will receive a confirmation email including:
  • Booking number
  • Room details
  • Check-in / check-out dates
  • Payment receipt

If you do not receive your confirmation email, please contact us immediately.

  1. Payment Policy
  • Full payment is charged at the time of booking.
  • Payments are processed securely through our online payment gateway.
  • All prices include VAT and applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • No additional service fees are applied by Denis Hotel.
  1. Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in: From 12:00 PM
  • Check-out: Until 12:00 PM

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Guests must present a valid ID or passport upon arrival. The name on the reservation must match the guest’s identification.

  1. Cancellation Policy
    Flexible Cancellation (if applicable)
  • Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Late Cancellation / No-Show

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Discounted or promotional rates may be offered as non-refundable, meaning:

  • No refund for cancellations.
  • No changes allowed to dates or room type.
  1. Refunds

If your booking qualifies for a refund:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Time for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
  • The hotel is not responsible for any bank processing delays.
  1. Modifying Your Booking

Booking modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate changes.

  • Changes within the non-refundable period may not be allowed.
  • Contact the hotel directly for all modification requests.
  • Additional charges may apply depending on the new dates or room type.

    1. Guest Responsibilities

    By booking with Denis Hotel, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate personal information.
    • Respect hotel rules and property.
    • Cover any damages caused during your stay.

    Smoking inside rooms is strictly prohibited.

    9. Overbooking & Hotel Rights

    In rare cases where the hotel cannot provide the booked room due to unforeseen circumstances, Denis Hotel reserves the right to:

    • Offer an alternative room type, OR
    • Arrange accommodation in a nearby property of similar standard, OR
    • Provide a full refund.
    1. Privacy & Security

    All personal and payment information is handled securely in accordance with GDPR and Cyprus law.
    We do not store or share credit card details.
